Matt has over twenty years in public practice and also two years with a multi-national company as a tax accountant.

Matt completed his Bachelor of Business degree in 1991 at the University of Southern Queensland. He is a Chartered Accountant and has extensive experience in accounting and taxation to various industries sectors and is a registered tax agent. Matt specialises in superannuation and retirement planning advice and has a broad range of clients including property developers, real estate, legal practice and primary producers.

Matt is treasurer of the Toowoomba Choral Society Productions and is a strong advocate for the arts in the Toowoomba region, except for dance concerts where he is yet to find an excuse to miss that will satisfy the three strong ladies in his family.
