Marguerite holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from QUT, graduating with distinction in 2008.  She obtained her Chartered Accountant status in 2012 and has worked in public practice accounting for the entirety of her career to date; employed in a Brisbane CBD accounting firm until joining Horizon in 2016.  She has focused her time in tax compliance and business advisory for small to medium sized businesses and family groups in a wide variety of industries.  She takes pride in her attention to detail and working with her clients closely to provide quality, but timely results.

Marguerite’s time away from the office is largely spent with her two children and husband, attempting to keep them out of mischief!  She also enjoys long walks with the family dog, reading and cooking.
